We offer a structured class of techniques based upon belt ranks in a controlled safe environment for both beginning and experienced students.
Kickboxing is a full-contact combat sport. A form of boxing based on punching, kicking, elbow and knee strikes with various blocks. Kickboxing is practiced for self defense, general fitness, or competition.
- BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU -
Ages 13+
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (B.J.J.) is a self-defense martial art based on grappling and submission holds. B.J.J. focuses on taking one's opponent down to the ground, gaining a dominant position while controlling the resisting opponent by using a number of techniques and leverage to force them into submission. B.J.J. training considers the threat of being struck by a punch
- KIDS CLASSES -
Ages 7-12
We offer a safe and fun environment for both our Kids Kickboxing & Kids Jiu Jitsu classes.
Our kids class options help build self-confidence, discipline, and structure.
Your child will have fun learning techniques along the way throughout games, drills, and other team building exercises, while overtime obtaining various ranks.

Sensei Chief continues his journey in Martial Arts by Instructing Kickboxing Classes, Assisting in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Programs, and teaching Private Lessons to small groups and families.

Sensei Gary has over 15 years of experience.
He holds a 4th Degree Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Alrey Handrich of "Valhalla Mma". A Black Belt in Kickboxing under Stacy & Gary Young of "Angels Of Conflict Mma".
Sensei Gary started his Journey at the age of 15. Through years of training he dipped his toes in the MMA world as he stepped inside the cage and competed in a Kickboxing & MMA bout, ultimately pushing for the top position in his grappling division.
Throughout his career Gary "The Dark Angel" won numerous grappling bouts and had claimed the "Valhalla Mma" Lightweight Title for Submission Grappling.
Sensei Gary continues his Journey today by Instructing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Kickboxing Classes for both Kids and Adults.

Sensei Stacy has over 15 years of experience. She holds a Black Belt in Kickboxing under Alrey Handrich of "Valhalla Mma" .
A Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Gary Young II of "Angels Of Conflict Mma".
Sensei Stacy has brought great insight and confidence to many of the students over the years.
She has demonstrated the possibilities and opportunities of what a female could withstand and overcome as they make their way through the "Martial Arts Journey".
Prior to obtaining her Blue Belt in Jiu Jitsu, Stacy had a setback and huge milestone to overcome..
She was diagnosed with cancer, had extensive treatment with Chemo and Radiation. Yet with a high spirit and the fight to finish what she had started, she had won the battle and now remains cancer free!
Shortly after, she was put through another test, this time for her Blue Belt.
Among many different body types, strengths, and attributes on the mats she put on a great display of technique with the skills of survival. A great demonstration of what that belt represents.
Sensei Stacy continues her Journey by teaching Kickboxing Classes and training Jiu Jitsu.

Sage Hawk holds a Blue Belt in Kickboxing. He started his journey from the Kids program and worked his way up to the Adult class.
He has over 6 years of experience, leading his interest in helping out with our Kids Programs.
Sage continues his Journey by training in both Kickboxing & Jiu Jitsu Classes.
